ICC AOKpass is a secure solution for presenting medical information, providing a digitally authenticated, portable copy of your medical records, approved by medical professionals and accessible exclusively by you.

I played a pivotal role in developing and designing the AOKpass logo and brand identity. My responsibilities included planning, designing, and collaborating with the development team on the mobile app and interactive website layout. This process involved extensive consultation and collaboration with clients, users, and customers to ensure their needs were met.

Additionally, I conducted user research to understand the overall user journey and specific user needs, using this insight to design and enhance web and UI elements based on feedback.

My work also encompassed creating web icons and illustrations, such as announcement graphics and social media designs.

Working across front-end and back-end developers, video producers, and content creators, I ensured a cohesive and user-friendly experience throughout all digital touchpoints.
